Why should you start meditating today? Believe it or not, you have a lot to gain from meditation. To be honest, I used to hate meditating. I would lie down with my eyes closed, and all I could hear were the thoughts in my head. It wasn’t very relaxing. Eventually, I learned to love meditating, though, and I realized that it actually has some very practical benefits!

- Ready to take action but not frazzled. Although meditation helps you to relax, it isn’t the time for doing nothing.
