Having an abundance mindset is all about appreciating the best parts of your life.

You don’t spend time sitting around whining about not having your dream car or dream home.

Instead, you appreciate that your car still works. You spend time decorating your home to make it hygge and cozy.

Abundant thinking also requires that you focus on changing the things you can control.

An abundance vs scarcity mindset requires both of those actions: gratitude, and only changing what you have control over.

Do you know anyone that is always seeing the silver lining in every situation?

They are practicing abundant thinking.

Instead of dwelling on negative things outside of their control, they appreciate all the good things in life. They also spend time and find ways to be grateful for even bad situations.

Thinking positively life this is one of the biggest manifesting hacks anyone can teach you.

Like attracts like. So when you put out abundant energy, the universe sends abundance back to you.

Abundant thinking is the act of putting out high vibe, positive energy that will attract more positive energy to help you meet your goals.

Abundance VS Scarcity Mindset

You have to get rid of your scarcity mindset. It is setting you up for failure in everything you do.

Even if you don’t believe in all this magic stuff, a scarcity mindset leaves you angry, sad, tired, and just plain miserable.

How can you work towards your dreams when all you feel is negative emotions?

A scarcity mindset focuses on the things you don’t have, what you want more of, what you might lose, and everything that goes wrong in your life.

When you think abundant thoughts, you’ll end up happier.

That doesn’t mean that you’re delusional and ignore every bad thing in your life. It DOES mean that you don’t focus on the bad.

Instead, you approach areas of your life that need improvement with enthusiasm and a positive frame of mind.

It’s all about having the confidence that you can change your life with ease.

You are surrounded by abundance. All you need to do is reach out and grab it!

Abundant thinking is positive thinking dialed up to 11.

Our thoughts dictate our lives. They draw in good things, and they draw in bad things.

The Law of Attraction is all about changing the way you think to draw in good things.

One of the common sayings in positive thinking methodology is: “Whatever the mind of man can conceive of, and believe in, it can achieve.”

Of course, you can’t fall into the trap of only using your thoughts to enact change.

You have to get up and DO abundant things, too.

That means working with joy towards your goals. You have to take action to back up and reinforce all of these positive thoughts.

The good thing is that an abundant mindset makes these actions easier.

They make hard work more enjoyable!

An Example Of Abundant Thinking

Sometimes, it’s easier to understand how things work with an example. Especially with something that can seem to esoteric, like the Law of Attraction.

So let’s say you’re looking for work.

You can come at this task with a few different mindsets.

One mindset would be to assume that there are very few jobs out there.

None of them are suitable for you! You’ll never find a job, and you’ll be poor forever.

In other words, your attitude stinks. This is a scarcity mindset.

Do you see how that is setting yourself up for failure?

Hell, when I think that way, I don’t want to even try to apply for a job. I get frozen with depression.

Thinking like that will lead you to sabotaging yourself.

You won’t update your resume. You won’t send out applications. You won’t reach out to friends and family for job recommendations.

When you’re in a scarcity mindset, your dream job could walk right up to you, and you simply wouldn’t see it or take action.

You’d only see the negative aspects of that job. Or you wouldn’t recognize it as your dream job at all!

And even if you did recognize it, and try to go for it, having that negative attitude would make it nearly impossible to actually get that job.

Who wants to hire a negative Nancy? Not me!

Negative attitudes are self perpetuating. Negative results lead to an even more negative attitude.

So switch over to abundant thinking.

Thinking positively opens up possibilities and opportunities that we would have missed if we were in a scarcity mindset.

Positive thinking makes it easier to take action on awesome opportunities.

When you think positively, even a bad situation simply becomes a learning experience.

And positive actions make your life better because you learn to firmly believe and expect that good things will happen to you!

You just have to see that you are already more than blessed by the universe.

Focus on what you have now, and use that to build a brighter, better future for yourself.

Don’t dwell in the past, focusing on everything you regret.

And don’t ever feel guilty for wanting more for yourself.

When you are abundant, that gives you the ability to share with others abundantly.

Asking for more for yourself will never deprive others.

One: What’s Stopping You?

Spend a few moments to write down what is stopping you from thinking abundantly.

Analyze why it’s been so hard to embrace that concept before.

Then, write down how you can work past the trauma and conditioning that makes it so hard to embrace a positive mindset.

Two: Decide That You’re Abundant

This might seem impossible for you.

But this is chaos magick! You can do this!

You have to change your mind. Right now. Decide that you are abundant.

Nothing you desire is hard to achieve or receive.

All of the awesome things you want are already working their way into your life.

Three: Count Your Blessings

Journaling is a great place to start.

Actually, I’d say that anyone working with the Law of Attraction should start journaling right now.

In your journal, you will count your blessings every day.

And as you manifest more, you’ll have more blessings to count!

Be grateful for what you have, and for everything you manifest.

Being grateful continues the cycle of manifestation and abundance.

Four: Change Your Language

Stop the negative self talk.

Whenever you notice yourself thinking about what you don’t have or can’t have, revise your thoughts.

“I don’t have enough money” must become “Money flows into my life easily”!

Five: Never Feel Guilty For Your Desires

Striving for happiness isn’t evil. It isn’t immoral.

It’s human. It’s natural. It gives us a purpose and a reason to get up in the morning.

Six: Everything In Life Is A Gift

This is a hard pill to swallow for some people, but everything you receive in life is a gift from the universe.

Yep, even the bad things.

Sometimes the gift is a learning experience.

But when you recognize everything you receive in life as a gift, your perspective shifts.

Seven: Share Your Abundance With Others

One way to get into an abundant mindset is to share what you have with others.

If you have the ability to do so, donate some money.

If not, maybe you can afford to share some food with the homeless.

Sharing your gifts with others shows the universe that you can help the flow of good in the world.

Sharing with others helps you to become more abundant. It also makes the world a better place.
