Unfortunately, many witches still struggle with loving themselves. Maybe it’s a product of their upbringing or a result of the society we’re in.

Self Love Tea Spell
Ingredients
- 1 part rose petals
- 1 part red clover
- 1/2 part licorice root
- 1/2 part cinnamon
- 1/2 part hibiscus
- 1/4 part fennel seeds
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Put the rose petals, red clover, licorice root, cinnamon, hibiscus, and fennel seeds into a sealable airtight container.
- Mix well.
- Steep a few spoonfuls of the mixture in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Strain the tea.
- Mix in 1 tsp of honey.
- Drink and sit with yourself. Think kind thoughts about yourself until you finish the tea.
Herbal Chocolates
Chocolates infused with herbal benefits are an exciting way to say “I love you!” on Valentine’s Day. You can make your own, but the ones I have chosen to share from Etsy are infused with reishi and chaga, two powerful mushrooms.
Some other herbal additions could add a burst of flavor, like cinnamon or dried fruit. Still others can add delicious heat for added love magick, like cayenne pepper.
Chocolates infused with rose help to open the heart to love. Just make sure the rose petals are free from pesticides!
